Just in time for St. Patty’s day, discover our preferred concoctions featuring Proper No. Twelve – an inviting, velvety Irish whiskey that brings the taste of Ireland to your customers.

Proper Orchard Mule

Ingredients:

  • 2oz – Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple

  • 0.5oz simple syrup
  • 5oz ginger beer
  • Splash of cranberry 
  • Squeeze of fresh lime
  • Lime for garnish 

Directions:

  1. In a copper mug, add 0.5 oz simple syrup, squeeze of lime, splash of cranberry and ginger beer
  2. Pack in crushed ice and pour 2 oz of Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple
  3. Stir until the mug is frosted
  4. Garnish with slice of lime

Proper Irish Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Proper No. Twelve

  • 1oz simple syrup
  • Hot coffee
  • Heavy cream for topping
  • Dash of nutmeg

Directions:

  1. In an Irish Coffee mug, add 2oz of Proper No. Twelve
  2. Add 1oz simple syrup and hot coffee
  3. Top with heavy cream and a dash of nutmeg

Proper Cheery Cola

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Proper No. Twelve

  • 0.5oz Amaretto
  • 0.5oz Grenedine
  • Cola
  • Cherry for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a highball glass, add amaretto, grenadine, and Proper No. Twelve
  2. Top off with soda, give a quick stir, and drop in a cherry

Proper Apple & Cran

Ingredients:

  • 1 part Proper No. Twelve irish Apple

  • 4 parts cranberry juice
  • Splash of club soda
  • Lime wedge

Directions:

  1. Fill glass with ice
  2. Add Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple and cranberry juice
  3. Top off with plash of club soda 
  4. Garnish with lime wedge
