Harvested from 100% wild Sotol, Nocheluna is fresh and balanced with minimality, and notes of citrus, cacao, and mint. The liquid’s unique flavors and embody the vibrant spirit of the wild desert.

Desert Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Nocheluna Sotol 

  • 5 oz Lemon Sparkling Water

  • Garnish: Half Moon Lemon Wheel

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled highball glass.

  2. Stir and serve with a half-moon lemon wheel.

Agua de Rancho

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Nocheluna Sotol

  • 2 oz Grapefruit Juice

  • Top with Soda Water

  • Garnish: Pink Salt Rim, Grapefruit Wedge

Fly Away

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Nocheluna Sotol

  • 1 oz Ancho Reyes

  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 1 oz Lime Juice

  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 slice Pineapple & Mint

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake with ice.

  2. Strain and serve in a highball glass with a slice of pineapple and mint.
