January 2025- Release Log

Feature Release Log

We're continuing to work on moving hospitality forward. Here are the newest features and latest enhancements to our platform. Many of these features come from you all - so thank you for continuing to help us, help you.

Financial Statement Improvements

We’ve streamlined the Financial Statement report with two key updates:

  • Combined credit card types are now displayed as “Cards” in the Deposits section
  • Added direct links to related reports (comps, voids, spills, discounts) for faster access to detailed information

Sales Comparison Report

New report enabling week-over-week and month-over-month comparisons of key metrics including gross sales, voids, comps, discounts, spills, and net sales. Access it under Reports → Sales Reports → Sales Comparison.

Guest Count Settings

Added new options for calculating guest count. Configure your preference in the manager portal → Select POS Layout → Select Option.

  • Track by staff-entered guest numbers (default)
  • Track by items added per seat position

Mobile Open/Close Table Management Update

A guest can now open their tab via the mobile QR/NFC and have it tied to the specific table number without needing to have your mobile ordering menu enabled. Guests will see a static digital menu. This provides more efficiency in check management for those not interested in utilizing the guest-led feature for ordering.

Ticket Activity Log

Introduced detailed activity tracking for checks in Manager Portal → Ticket Details → Activity Log. Monitor payment adjustments, deletions, tip modifications, and item changes in one centralized view. (Releasing early February)

R365 Integration Enhancement

Users can now independently re-pull R365 files through the Manager Portal → Integrations tab → R365, eliminating the need to contact support for integration resets. (Releasing early February)
