Search Filters
We know, searching for tabs on our platform has been a huge pain for some. And we appreciate your patience as we worked hard to fix it. Luckily the day is here where your worse enemy has become your best friend. Staff can now apply different filters in the search function to refine their search results, making it easier to find what they’re looking for. You can now filter based on:
- Status: “Open,” “Closed,” or “All” checks
- View: “Tables,” “Tabs,” or “To-Go” orders
- Employee: Filter between specific employees or view them together with the “All” view
International Phone Number Verification
To enhance our security and combat potential fraud, we have made the decision to eliminate phone validation for international phone numbers. This strategic move allows us to effectively block international fraudsters from exploiting our venues. By removing the validation requirement, we aim to prevent any loopholes that people might exploit.
Customizable Receipt Footer
Exciting News! Venues now have the option to customize your receipt footer messages for credit card and cash receipts, allowing you to share important announcements with your valued customers. This enhancement creates a lasting impression, strengthens connections, and fosters customer loyalty. To add your customized receipt footer, navigate to settings in the manager portal → receipts → receipt footer.
Table Tracking with Open/Close Model
Introducing our enhanced Guest-Led, Open/Close service model, now equipped with automatic table assignments. When a guest scans a QR code to open their tab, the system will intuitively assign a table, complimenting our latest product, POS on iPhone.
