Featured Brand: 400 Conejos

400 Conejos® is finely crafted from 100% agaves and carries ancient Mesoamerican traditions in every bottle. The mezcal is perfectly balanced and smooth with soft hints of wood, sweet notes of cooked agave, and a pleasant smoky finish.

Mezcalita

Ingredients:

  • 1¾ oz 400 Conejos® Mezcal

  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • ½ oz Organic Agave Syrup

  • Garnish: Lime Wedge

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir.

  2. Pour into a martini or old-fashioned glass and garnish with a refreshing lime wedge.

Conejada

Ingredients:

  • 1 part 400 Conejos®

  • 1 part Orange Juice

  • ¼ part Natural Syrup

  • ¼ Agave nectar

  • Garnish: Fresh Orange Slices

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain over ice in an old fashioned glass.
  3. Garnish with fresh orange slices.

Green Tail

Ingredients:

  • 1 part 400 Conejos® Mezcal

  • 1 part Tonic Water

  • ½ part Lime Juice

  • Garnish: Salt and Lemon Slice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake and strain over ice in a salt-rimmed old fashioned glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
