ATX Innovation, Inc., d/b/a UNION POS (“Union,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) is committed to treating your personal information with respect and sensitivity. This privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) explains how we may collect, store, use, and disclose information when you access or use (1) our website located at www.getunion.com and all of our other websites to which this Privacy Policy is posted (collectively, our “Site”), (2) any mobile software applications made available by Union (collectively, “Mobile Apps”), and (3) any services, content, and features made available by us through the Site or any Mobile App (collectively, our “Services”).
Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to our Services, and not to any third party website linked to or from it, or any third party website in which Union content or functionality is embedded. Union does not control the privacy policies or practices of others.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Union operates a loyalty status program that sends automated SMS and MMS messages to customers at participating venues. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Union about your loyalty account.
MESSAGE TYPES YOU WILL RECEIVE
- Account enrollment confirmation with a link to check your status
- VIP tier achievement notifications
- Reward redemption alerts (e.g., “$5 off your next visit at [Venue Name]”)
WHO IS SENDING THESE MESSAGES
All messages are sent by Union (operated by ATX Innovation LLC). While messages reference the name of the venue where you have a loyalty account, Union is the sole sender and controller of all messaging. Participating venues enable this feature but do not control message content, timing, or frequency.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and loyalty milestones. Most customers receive 1-3 messages per month or fewer.
YOUR CHOICES ABOUT INFORMATION
You may opt not to receive promotional emails from us by contacting us as indicated below or by following the “unsubscribe” instructions in any promotional email you receive from us. Please note, however, that we may still send you non-promotional emails about your relationship with us.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for pricing details about your text messaging plan.
HOW TO OPT IN
You opt in by checking the consent box in the Union mobile app when creating your loyalty account. Consent is not required to use Union services or make purchases at participating venues.
HOW TO OPT OUT
- Replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message
- Updating your preferences in the Union app
- Emailing support@getunion.com
After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again through the Union app.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS
This service is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
PRIVACY
Union will not share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except our SMS delivery service provider as necessary to send messages.
