This is our first hire on the Revenue Operations team. Reporting directly to the VP of RevOps, you’ll take ownership of our go-to-market systems—starting with HubSpot—and help create the processes that support our sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

What You’ll Do

Run Point on HubSpot
You’ll be our HubSpot owner across Sales, Marketing, and Success. That means managing configuration (fields, properties, pipelines, workflows, permissions), fixing issues as they pop up, and driving best practices across the team.

Support the Revenue Engine
You’ll work closely with sales and marketing to optimize lead capture, lead scoring, routing, deal flow, and handoffs to customer success. You’ll help set up workflows, email sequences, and templates—and keep everything documented and clean.

Find Gaps. Fix Them.
From lead qualification to onboarding, you’ll map how things actually work today, identify what’s broken or inconsistent, and rebuild it better. You’ll partner with RevOps leadership to implement process improvements and make sure the team adopts them.

Own Our RevTech Stack
You’ll maintain key integrations across our revenue tools—HubSpot, PandaDoc, Arrows, and Tableau—and help bring new tools online when needed. You’ll make sure data flows are tight and the stack supports our broader revenue goals.

Build Dashboards That Drive Decisions
You’ll be the person behind the numbers – building reports in HubSpot and Tableau to track conversion, funnel velocity, forecasting accuracy, and more. You’ll keep our KPIs clear and actionable.

Be the Connector
You’ll serve as the go-between across Sales, Marketing, Success, and Finance. You’ll translate needs, support training, enforce data standards, and make sure our systems are set up to help humans succeed—not get in their way.


What You Bring

  • 0–3 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops. We’re open to recent grads with strong project or internship experience, but preference goes to those with 1–3 years of professional ops or CRM work.
  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise. You know your way around workflows, pipelines, fields, templates, permissions, and reporting. Certifications are a plus.
  • Analytical chops. You’re good with numbers, savvy with Excel/Google Sheets, and comfortable creating insights from metrics. Bonus if you’ve used Tableau.
  • Technical curiosity. You don’t need to code, but you enjoy tinkering, solving integration puzzles, and figuring out how tools work together.
  • Process focus. You’re organized, methodical, and quick to spot bottlenecks or inconsistent data. You enjoy creating order and clarity.
  • Strong communicator. You can explain systems to non-technical folks, train teammates, and create guides that actually get used.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred—but your track record and ability to learn fast matter most.
