Union POS is building a modern, scalable POS platform designed to power high-velocity hospitality and retail merchants. Our growth strategy relies heavily on strong ISO partnerships that can source, qualify, and close opportunities independently.
We are expanding our indirect channel and seeking a high-impact Partnership Channel Manager to manage ISO relationships and activate their agent networks to sell Union more effectively — with less reliance on Union’s internal sales team.
Role Overview
The Partnership Channel Manager will own strategic ISO relationships while driving enablement and activation at the agent level.
This role is responsible for:
- Managing ISO partner performance
- Increasing partner-sourced and partner-closed deals
- Improving agent-level qualification quality
- Reducing AE involvement in partner-led deals
- Driving pipeline predictability and revenue growth
This is a revenue-facing role with clear performance metrics tied to partner-sourced bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- ISO Relationship Management
- Own and manage assigned ISO partnerships
- Conduct regular business reviews (monthly/quarterly)
- Track performance metrics: pipeline, close rates, install success
- Identify growth opportunities within each ISO
- Escalate operational or performance blockers internally
2. Agent Engagement & Activation
- Engage directly with ISO agents to:
- Improve qualification quality
- Increase demo conversion
- Drive adoption of Union sales tools
- Run onboarding and certification sessions
- Host partner webinars and training workshops
- Develop and maintain strong communication cadence with agents
3. Sales Enablement for the Channel
- Collaborate with internal teams to build and distribute:
- Demo scripts
- Qualification frameworks
- Competitive positioning tools
- Install readiness checklists
- Ensure agents are equipped to:
- Run effective discovery
- Identify high-fit Union accounts
- Set accurate expectations
- Reduce friction in deployments
4. Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all partner-sourced opportunities
- Run weekly pipeline reviews with ISO partners
- Track stage movement and deal aging
- Identify stalled opportunities and intervene where necessary
- Improve forecast accuracy for indirect revenue
5. Driving Partner Independence
- Increase percentage of:

- ISO-contracted deals
- Reduced AE involvement
- Create incentives and accountability structures for partner self-sufficiency
- Surface data-driven insights to improve partner efficiency
- Competitive compensation
