January's Featured Brand - HOP WTR

Navigating Dry January can be a tough reality for many of us in the hospitality industry. However, the silver lining lies in the opportunity to cater to a growing demand for enticing and satisfying non-alcoholic options. We collaborated with one of our featured non-alcoholic brands, HOP WTR, to provide you with some delicious mocktail recipes that your customers will love. Feature these recipes on your cocktail menu to see an increase in sales that’ll help get you and your customers through the month!

Lime HOParita

  • 4 ounces Lime HOP WTR, well chilled

  • 2 ounces fresh squeezed lime juice

  • ¾ ounce agave nectar

  • Lime wedge

  • Jalapeno, thinly sliced (optional)

  • Tajín (optional)

Directions:

In a shaking tin, combine Lime HOP WTR, fresh lime juice, agave nectar and several ice cubes. Shake briskly until well-combined and thoroughly chilled.

 

Optional Tajín rim: Pour Tajín seasoning on to a plate or cutting board. Wet the rim of your cocktail glass with fresh lime juice and dip glass in Tajín to thoroughly cover the rim. Pour mocktail mixture and ice into your glass.

 

Garnish with fresh lime wedge and thinly sliced jalapeno ring (optional). Set can aside to top off, as needed.

Classic HOP WTR Hoppy Bee-licious Sour

  • 2.5oz Chamomile Tea
  • 1 oz Local Raw Honey
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Aquafaba
  • 3 Muddled Kumquats
  • Topped with Classic HOP WTR

Directions:

Add everything to a shaker tin except the Classic HOP WTR. Muddle the kumquats with all of the other ingredients. Dry shake all of the ingredients to combine and create a frothy texture. Add ice and shake until chilled and strain into a glass with no ice. Top with Classic HOP WTR and garnish with Bee Pollen.

Blood Orange HOP WTR Fizzing Citrus Breeze

  • 3oz Fresh Blood Orange Juice
  • ½ Heavy Cream
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Topped With Blood Orange HOP WTR

Directions:

Add everything to a shaker tin except the Blood Orange HOP WTR. Dry shake all of the ingredients to combine and emulsify the ingredients. Add ice and shake until chilled and strain into a glass with no ice. Top with Blood Orange HOP WTR and garnish with thyme.

Mango HOP WTR HOPical Mango Lassi

  • 1.5 oz Sweetened Mango Purée
  • 1 oz Fresh Coconut Milk
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 dashes Rose Water
  • Topped with Mango HOP WTR

Directions:

Add everything to a shaker tin except the Mango HOP WTR. Shake all of the ingredients with ice and strain into a glass over fresh ice, preferably crushed ice. Top with Mango HOP WTR.

Passion Peach Spritz

  • 2 oz Sweetened Passion Fruit Purée
  • ¾ Yuzu Concentrate
  • Topped with Peach HOP WTR

Directions:

Add everything to a shaker tin except the Peach HOP WTR. Shake all of the ingredients with ice and strain into a glass of fresh ice. Top with Peach HOP WTR and garnish with Shisho Leaf.

Lime HOP WTR Mock-Arita Magic

  • 3 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz Agave
  • ¼ oz Sweetened Ginger Juice
  • 3 Drops Liquid Chlorophyll
  • Topped With Lime HOP WTR

Directions:

Add everything to a shaker tin except the Lime HOP WTR. Shake all of the ingredients with ice and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with Lime HOP WTR and garnish with mint and a lime wheel.
