With our latest release, we’re delivering a fresh new look, and addressing common requests that allow you to focus on creating an amazing guest experience at your venue.  

Your guests are in for a treat

First, let’s start with what isn’t changing. Union is by far the most intuitive, easiest to use mobile ordering & payment app. And it’s the only system which allows staff to seamlessly maintain 100% control of each guests’ mobile tab.

We intentionally built Union this way, and that will never change. So don’t worry. There are no major changes to the existing functionality. We’ve simply added a suite of additional features to enhance the experience, and dialed up the style a little bit.

Dark Mode

Since you do most of your business in the night hours, we’ve created a fresh new look that belongs in the nightlife, but can still roll with the lively day drinking crowds. 

Larger Images

Your food and drink offerings are a key element of your brand! Plus, menu items with images are far more likely to be purchased. We’ve now given you a bigger canvas to show off your stuff, and we’re also making available an ever-growing library of high-quality preset images for your popular drink items.

Guest Names On Tabs

No more screaming names across the bar. Mobile tabs now display the guest name so servers or bartenders can instantly identify which tab to add items to, or who to bring a mobile order to. – All guests need to do is flash their name on the screen.

Auto Claim Mobile Customers

You now have the option to enable Auto Claim for mobile customers, so mobile tabs will show up directly on Union POS. No need to press “Claim Customer” to start their tab. This option will drastically increase speed for staff handling mobile tabs.

There are two flexible ways you can use the Union Mobile Experience at your venue right now, and it’s already built directly into the core of your Union system for no extra cost. 

Mobile Ordering

Guests scan a QR code to instantly open their tab and order from your digital menu. Your staff brings the orders directly to tables, or customers pick up their orders from a pickup area. This increases speed and quality of service without any additional staffing requirements. Guests order more, increasing your revenue and staff tips!

Mobile Tabs

It's simple and already built directly into Union POS. Guests simply open their tabs in the Union App, show their names in the app, and order directly from your staff. - All tabs populate instantly to the POS with a secured payment, and guests can tip and close whenever they want to leave.
