Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager with 2-4 years of experience in a fast growth SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through process optimization, data analysis, and collaboration across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You’ll be responsible for managing and improving key revenue operations functions, ensuring the alignment of tools and processes that support sales and marketing efforts. Your experience with HubSpot will be key to enabling our growth and improving operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Process Optimization:
    Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline and automate revenue-generating processes. Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to drive performance improvements across the revenue cycle.
  • Data Management & Analysis:
    Own the integrity of the CRM system (HubSpot) and other revenue-related data platforms. Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and cleanliness of data, and generate insights to inform decision-making for the leadership team.
  • Reporting & Dashboards:
    Create and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards within HubSpot and other tools to track revenue performance, pipeline health, and operational metrics. Provide actionable insights to help the sales and marketing teams meet targets and goals.
  • Sales and Marketing Alignment:
    Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead qualification, lead handoff, pipeline management, and campaign effectiveness. Help define the sales funnel and continuously monitor for opportunities to improve conversion rates.
  • CRM Management (HubSpot):
    Oversee HubSpot CRM configurations, workflows, automation, and integrations to ensure the system is effectively supporting the needs of the business. Provide training and support for team members on best practices in HubSpot.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management:
    Partner with sales leadership to provide accurate revenue forecasts, pipeline analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting. Support data-driven decision-making by identifying trends and recommending strategies for pipeline acceleration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with leadership across departments to ensure that revenue operations strategies are aligned with overall business goals. Provide operational support for go-to-market strategies and new product launches.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS/software company.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and its features (e.g., workflows, automation, reporting, integrations).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, etc.) to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage and improve revenue processes across the full sales lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while also executing on the tactical details.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to mentor and coach AE’s in understanding deal dynamics including wins, losses and ways to improve

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional tools such as electronic document signature tools, ZoomInfo, or other sales and marketing technologies.
  • Familiarity with pipeline forecasting, compensation models, and sales enablement strategies.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Hospitality experience a plus.
