Reporting to the CMO, the Senior Manager/Manager, B2B Marketing Lead will play a crucial role in driving venue acquisition and pipeline acceleration at Union. This position will work closely with the sales team to create and execute strategies that generate high-quality leads and accelerate the sales cycle for our venue partnership program.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Pipeline Growth

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and product collateral
  • Create and manage automated sales sequences and lead nurturing programs
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns across email, social and other applicable channels
  • Build and optimize demo scheduling flows and lead generation processes in Hubspot

Referral Partner & Agent Engagement

  • Manage relationships with key referral partners and industry associations
  • Plan and execute trade show presence, including Bar & Nightclub Show
  • Organize and run office hours, webinars, and training sessions for sales agents
  • Coordinate agent engagement events including happy hours and dinners

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Produce compelling B2B content focused on venue acquisition and partner success
  • Create customized collateral for different market segments and Referral partners
  • Develop case studies and testimonials highlighting partner success stories
  • Manage LinkedIn content strategy to build brand awareness and credibility

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on key metrics including demo generation
  • Monitor and optimize sales close rates
  • Create monthly reports for Key Referral Accounts & Campaigns
  • Manage Hubspot dashboards and reporting systems

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and sales enablement
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with Hubspot and marketing automation tools
  • Background in creating compelling B2B content and sales materials
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant technology
  • Background in payments or fintech
  • Track record of building successful referral programs
  • Event marketing and trade show management experience
