The Opportunity: As a Union Account Executive covering the West LA region, you’ll have the opportunity to introduce our game-changing hospitality platform to venues in the heart of one of the most vibrant and competitive markets in the country. From Beverly Hills to Glendale and the San Gabriel Valley, you’ll prospect to our growing list of target accounts, manage the full sales cycle, and become a trusted advisor to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect to our list of venues in your territory and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close
  • Expand our target list by identifying additional prospects that match our ideal customer profile
  • Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase our unique value proposition
  • Participate in weekly sales team huddles and collaboration sessions
  • Partner closely with our operations teams to ensure a seamless delivery of expectations set during the sales process
  • Leverage our CRM to meticulously document and manage all sales activities
  • Stay up to date on the competitive landscape and continuously build your expertise on Union’s product functionality
  • Consistently meet assigned goals for prospecting, demos, proposals, and sales

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in an enterprise B2B sales role, preferably in the hospitality, F&B, or tech industries
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close business
  • Excellent project management and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales process documentation
  • Passion for modernizing the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
